About Josh Harbst

I grew up an Army brat and never really had a place to call "home".  After spending some time in Pocatello as a teenager, I fell in love with Idaho.  I have been a resident for 26 years and feel like a native.  I love all it has to offer including snow sports, hiking, camping, and fishing.  For recreation, I also play tennis in the local leagues.  I have been helping clients buy and sell property in the Boise Valley since 2004.  I survived the great recession and obtained my Broker's license in 2014.  In 2015 I took over at Genesis Real Estate Group and have been running the company since.  After pushing for my certification in 2017, I have been instructing and building my repertoire of classes.  I have found a real passion for instructing and try to ensure we all walk away with something from every class.  Thank you for attending my classes.

2023 EDUCATION POLICY
1. The Western Magic Valley REALTORS® (WMVR) reserves the right to cancel a class no later than 10 days prior to start of the course.
2. Class must be paid in full prior to the start of class to receive credit.
3. You must sign-in to receive credit.
4. 100% attendance is required to receive credit. If late, credit for the course will not be given. There is no leaving early.
5. Electronic usage is NOT permitted during class, unless otherwise specified by Instructor. Periodic breaks will be provided to allow time to return phone calls and to check emails.
6. If emergencies arise, upon WMVR Board of Directors approval, a credit may be allocated to be used for a class in the future, before the end of that calendar year.
7. If course is missed by licensee, all fees are forfeited – Fees will not be rolled over.
